Parking Facility and Mixed Use Development
Located at 12200 N Ambassador Dr. Kansas City, MO 64163 off of I-29 and Cookingham Rd. next to the Ambassador Building. The Chaves family plans to build a 4,000 space covered parking facility and a 30 acre commercial development consisting of a 12,000 sf Class A C-Store, 3 fast food restaurants, 2-3 hotels, a pet hotel, and a 150,000 sf Class A office building.
The project is fully entitled and a groundbreaking is scheduled for Summer 2022.
